Identify who bills the subscription
Check the purchase receipt and the account that made the payment. A subscription bought through Apple’s or Google’s billing system is managed through that provider. A direct purchase may instead be managed from the subscription or billing controls associated with your CapCut account.
Deleting the app is not a cancellation step. Confirm the subscription status with the billing provider before the next renewal. The available controls and timing depend on that provider and your plan.
If you purchased through iPhone
Open your iPhone’s account subscription settings, locate the CapCut subscription associated with the purchasing Apple account, and use the available cancellation control. Review the confirmation and displayed end date. If it is missing, check which account appears on the receipt rather than buying a second plan.
If you purchased through Google Play
Open the subscription management area in Google Play using the purchasing Google account. Locate CapCut, choose the cancellation option and complete the confirmation steps. Keep the confirmation and review whether the status still indicates automatic renewal.
If you purchased directly
Sign in to the CapCut account used for the purchase and inspect its plan, subscription or billing area. If no cancellation control is available, collect the receipt and plan details and contact support through the help controls in the app. This website cannot access or cancel your subscription for you.
After requesting cancellation
Check the provider’s confirmation, renewal status and access end date. Cancellation and a refund request are different actions; this page does not promise refund eligibility or immediate repayment. For a disputed or unexpected charge, contact the provider that processed it and keep the transaction details.
Do not share your password, payment card details or verification codes with someone offering to cancel a plan. For a failed cancellation or an account mismatch, use the customer service checklist.
