Find help in the app
Open the help, feedback or support controls available in your installed CapCut version. Their location can differ between mobile and desktop interfaces. This site is a download and guide site; it does not provide access to CapCut accounts or an official customer-service inbox.
No verified support phone number or email address was supplied for publication here. To avoid directing you to an unrelated contact, this page provides a preparation checklist rather than an invented contact channel.
Include the details that identify the problem
- Your platform and device model.
- The app version displayed in CapCut.
- What you expected, what happened instead, and the exact error message.
- The shortest sequence of actions that reproduces the issue.
- For export problems, the project’s approximate length, export settings and available storage.
- For a purchase issue, the billing provider, purchase date and a redacted receipt reference.
Remove private material from screenshots. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, verification codes or an entire private project unless a legitimate support process requires specific files and you understand what will be shared.
Separate billing from editing problems
A store-billed purchase may need to be handled through the store account that paid for it. Check the receipt before sending a cancellation or charge question. See the subscription cancellation guide for the account checks to make first.
For editing or export trouble, include an error screenshot and a short description of the clip or effect that appears to cause it. Try the export troubleshooting steps before reporting a general failure.
Protect work before changing the installation
Keep original media and back up drafts where possible. Reinstalling, clearing app data or switching accounts can affect access to local work. A small test project can help distinguish a general app problem from a particular project without putting your main edit at risk.
